Investigating Electrical Challenges, Delivering Solutions! Recently, our team faced a challenging call from a client perplexed by recurrent issues, lights blowing, electronics failing across their properties. Upon delving into the electrical infrastructure, we discovered a common culprit: high voltage emanating from the substation, affecting multiple buildings. We swiftly deployed a power analyser, collecting crucial data that we promptly shared with the power authority. Collaborating closely, we identified a critical factor, the tap on the substation transformer was set too high, causing the widespread issues. Implementing a precise solution, we coordinated a meticulous 2:00 AM shutdown of MasonSQ's complex which has multiple buildings and three buildings in particular off the substation. Despite the complexity, the operation was executed flawlessly, minimizing disturbances for the apartment complex's residents. Kudos to our dedicated team for their expertise and efficiency in resolving this intricate electrical challenge.
