On-site shutdown services are our specialty 🤜🏻 IND has been conducting critical asset integrity shutdown projects for over 30 years. We were involved in three critical scopes in March 2024 alone across three sites and two states. Utilising innovative solutions such as VertiDrive's robotic water jetting and abrasive blasting solutions, we are able to conduct significant scopes within very short outages and to the highest safety standards. These photos show our crew removing extremely thick product buildup and corrosion from a mining tank. IND worked with MTE on this thickener overhaul, completing the abrasive blasting and protective coatings application scopes. An extremely durable internal protective lining consisting of 3mm (3000 microns) of LiquiMix Pty Ltd Tufflon P90 was applied using our new Reactor 3 E-XP2 Polyurea Proportioner System from Airblast Australia. The Concentrate Thickener at one of our mining clients reached the end of its operational life, necessitating a comprehensive overhaul to ensure continued efficiency and reliability in the processing plant.
