At Keystone Executive Coaching we pride ourselves on using evidence based interventions and psychotherapeutic techniques to create optimum opportunity for change within our clients.
Founder Aidan Parsons has an extensive background working across all sectors of the mental health service and coaching industry using these techniques to create client outcomes initially in the role of a technician however quickly progressed to a management and consultancy role within his treating district.
This expert knowledge and experience in mental health, psychotherapy and executive coaching creates a unique specialist brand of leadership and behavioural management coaching which has shown to create very high performance outcomes for clients.
Keystone Executive Coaching remains at the forefront of coaching through ongoing professional development and training. As a result of this Keystone is regularly approached to contribute to educating developing coaches and therapists both within Australia and overseas.
One recent example of this would be our contribution to the publishing of a Coaching text book in the United Kingdom about our unique combination of psychotherapies and coaching style.
Keystone Executive Coaching values outcomes and benchmarks our own performance and successes on those of our clients. We are very proud of these outcomes as our client's success is a measure of our own success. This is an evidence based occupational assessment which has been developed specifically for use by Keystone Executive Coaching.
