Our clients also sought transparency, desiring a seamless flow from front yard to back to amplify the sense of space. Our solution? An ingeniously positioned L-shaped upper floor providing cover for a double carport below, perfectly aligning with the site's transparency requirement. What makes this project truly exceptional is its spatial efficiency. Despite its compact footprint, every inch of this home is maximised, allowing us to allocate resources towards premium material finishes.
