Here's our Director Bipin Patel explaining how we transform EPS offcuts from construction sites into EPS waffle pods: 1️⃣ EPS Offsets are collected from construction sites and are tossed onto conveyors, heading into a massive crusher that grinds them into EPS bits. 2️⃣ The material undergoes a dust extraction process, separating dust from the recyclable material. 3️⃣ Dust is collected in a silo, while clean recycled EPS resin is transported through pipelines to our mixing machine. 4️⃣ Our mixing machine blends 25% recycled EPS resin with 75% virgin EPS resin, creating a sustainable mix. 5️⃣ The new resin blend flows into shape moulding machines, crafting high-quality EPS waffle pods. 🔄 By closing the recycling loop, we're making strides in environmental responsibility.
