Mechanical Site Supervisor MAINair Commercial now have a position that has become available for a Mechanical Site Supervisor further to a retirement within the Business.  Key Responsibilities: Assisting with project planning, costing, and risk assessments. Undertake pre-site start review of plans and assist to identify any design, installation issues or potential services coordination concerns. >Establish construction methods, scheduling, resources validation and procurement. >Key contact for clients and other trades. >Site coordination with the customer and other trades. >Supervision of trade teams. >Represent MAINair at site meetings regarding coordination, safety, design etc. >Implementation of quality assurance and Environmental procedures, particularly first fix, second fix and final inspections with the completion of ITP reports. >Monitoring of labour costs and other project variable costs in conjunction with the Project Manager. >Undertake trade works efficiently, timely and at a high level of quality. >Control of the commissioning phase and witnessing key tests. >Resolution of defects. >Project management duties as required and assigned.   Skills & Attributes: To be successful with this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes: >Trade qualified in a Mechanical Services discipline. >Previous 4-5 Years Experience in a similar role.   >Outgoing, professional, can-do attitude. >Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and standards. >A current driving license. >Technology and Computer literate.
