Spring's vibrant tapestry is unveiled today, splashed across the land in a joyous explosion of colors! It's Holi, the festival of colors, and the world awakens with an energy that mirrors the meticulously chosen palettes of our master weavers at Jaipur Rugs. At Jaipur Rugs, we believe rugs are more than floor coverings – they're expressions of cultural heritage and artistic vision, brought to life with each knot and thread. Just like Holi's joyous colors, our rugs can transform any space, imbuing it with a unique energy. Taking inspiration from Holi's spirit, we recently styled our vibrant rugs within the majestic interiors of a Haveli in Shekhawati, Rajasthan. The architectural gem, steeped in history, became canvases for our rugs, showcasing how a pop of color can breathe new life into even the grandest spaces. The calming serenity of a haveli courtyard captured in a luxurious rug with tranquil shades of blue. The touch of soft pink evokes the delicate beauty of desert flowers that might have adorned the haveli, while a hint of red adds a touch of regal elegance, reminiscent of the haveli's rich history. Jaipur Rugs Launches The Gulmarg Collection  Major campaign shot on location at Highlands Park, Kashmir. Finally, it’s snowing in Gulmarg! In the second in our series of landmark destination shoots, Jaipur Rugs heads to India’s favourite ski slopes, the Klosters of Kashmir, and to the much loved Highlands Park hotel. Taking over the resort’s iconic interiors that combine Kashmiri crafts with retro mountain design, the Gulmarg Collection campaign is shot with great sensitivity and sense of place. With the brief to showcase our carpets with wit and surprise, photographer Ashish Shah’s pictures are charming, celebratory and come with a sense of humour that we hope brings a smile. Our most ambitious production to date saw our Jaipur team put on their snow boots to unroll our rugs at 13,780ft while knee deep in powder soft piste. With many Kashmiri designs in our Gulmarg Collection, the project is a fusion of made-in-Rajasthan craft and some of the most iconic motifs from India’s heritage.
