About us
Gladwin Legal provides expert legal services to the retail sector. Our passion lies in partnering with clients in the retail sector to help them to achieve their goals. We work closely with our clients to determine the commercial context and understand what is important. We are more than just lawyers - we are corporate, commercial and strategic partners. Rosalyn Gladwin, the founding principal has worked in all aspects of retail and in small and large national corporations. To us, a contract is more than a legal document - it is a commercial plan that needs to be thought through, analysed and assessed to determine whether it will provide the intended outcomes. We provide all manner of legal services including, drafting, negotiating and reviewing on a broad range of matters. We work closely and collaboratively with businesses and in house lawyers to make the legal process a smooth and streamlined part of doing business.
