Our organisation was founded by ex-serving military personnel from the Australian and New Zealand Defence Forces, with the primary goal of helping current and former serving men and women transition into civilian life smoothly through education. While challenging and rewarding, careers in defence are unique and many of the skills and qualifications received during service are not often recognised by civilian employers. This gap in support is bridged through 3CIR; our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services help transfer valuable skills and knowledge into nationally accredited qualifications. With our developed industry expertise, we have expanded our services to offer the same level of support, passion and commitment to anyone wanting to improve themselves through educational opportunities.
