Thank you, AroFlo, for sharing our story and journey. Our Job Management System is our ground truth, together with how we have integrated it with our documentation generation and management software, Bluebeam. As an example, one of our suppliers had a recall the other day. Based on our PO details linked between the supplier and back to the jobs, we contacted the customer representatives within 15 minutes of being notified. Our client (and the tenant) could then confirm the status back to us and then to our supplier within hours of the issue being raised with us. This is how we live end-to-end bidirectional traceability, not just a use case to demonstrate in an ISO audit. It is built into the tools we use and the systems we have around the use of those tools. Now, with several years of data on AroFlo, we can provide better service and history of all work completed on all sites for all our clients (and their clients in the case of FM, strata or construction). This extends to seeing who was on location and for how long with our GPS integration. AroFlo has enabled us to add another dimension to how we serve our clients - time. We had a great stand at the Inside Construction Expo, where we also looked after the WAHA stand together with Luciano (Lou) Mezio from Spanset and Scott Barber, the CEO of WAHA. We were literally bursting out of the stand with Sayfa and Branach products! Thank you to SAYFA Group and Branach for providing some great examples of Height Safety conversation starters. Thank you also to our sales team and our marketing team for the preparation and standing on the stand for the 2 days.
