Who is planning on watching the Matildas tonight?! I'm so very proud of these women and especially Sam Kerr. Hopefully they bring home the (green and) gold (I know ... Bit premature, but we know they can win this one and they'll smash Spain shortly after 😉), but even if they don't, it's been an interesting time seeing them receive so much support in the media. The cynical part of me thinks that this might just be due to the recent hype for feminism caused by Barbie coming out in cinemas .... but I'm hoping it's more than that. Wednesdays are my days home with my kids, and we've fallen asleep on the way to Kindergym .... Best get a good rest in so we can stay up a little later to catch at least some of the game tonight. I'll be dressing them in green and gold a bit later as we tune in to watch some fantastic women doing fantastic things.
