WA Mental Health Week 2024: Empowering Communities, Thriving Workforces At 4lifeSkills, we’re embracing this year’s Mental Health Week theme by focusing on the power of support in helping individuals take charge of their mental well-being. Employment plays a key role in mental health recovery, offering purpose, confidence, and connection. At 4lifeSkills, we provide 💼 Employment Support to help people find meaningful work that suits their abilities and interests. We also offer ✨ Community Support to build a caring network and help participants stay on track with their recovery. Our 🛒 Independent Living Skills program empowers people to live independently and set healthy boundaries, while 🏫 SLES & School Transition Programs guide young adults into successful careers. Plus, our 🏡 Short Stays & Respite (STAs) provide rejuvenating breaks to recharge and build new skills. To promote mental health, we recommend setting boundaries, practicing self-care, seeking support, and checking in on others.
