🤝The Importance of Bonding Events at Service Today ✨ At Service Today, we believe that our team is the heart of our success. That's why bonding events are a cornerstone of our company culture. This Saturday evening our Head Office team attended Ink & Drink in the City, which was chosen over three other activities. As soon as we arrived, we received training on how to become a tattoo artist for a couple of hours. We worked with our creativity on silicone pads and everyone got the chance to take their art work at the end of the night. Together, we create a workplace where everyone feels valued and connected. Our manager in Queensland has given recognition to our team members (from left to right): Ryan (Electrician) and Ethan (Plumber) were our Employees of the Month. Pedro (Apprentice Electrician) and Ritchie (Apprentice Plumber) were our Apprentices of the Month. ⚡Ryan has demonstrated exceptional performance in his electrical role since joining Service Today. We consistently receive positive reviews for his work, and he always offers assistance, regardless of the distance required. 🧑🔧💦Ethan recently completed reline training in Melbourne with our branch there. He has seamlessly integrated relining techniques into his work in Queensland and even dedicated extra time at the warehouse last Friday to refine his skills. Ethan actively seeks opportunities for self-improvement and frequently suggests innovative ideas to enhance our services in Queensland. 💡Pedro's usual partner, William, unfortunately, experienced a motorcycle accident a month ago, leading to an extended absence. Pedro proactively took charge by retrieving William's van and reaching out to offer additional support to the team, especially in light of our shortage of electricians. Pedro has been invaluable, providing assistance to our electricians wherever needed and assisting with starting jobs. He is a true asset to our team. 🧑🔧📖 Ritchie, our inaugural apprentice at Service Today Queensland, has shown remarkable growth since joining us in August last year. His continuous development is a source of pride for everyone. Over the past month, he has also taken the initiative to educate customers on additional preventative maintenance measures, further showcasing his dedication and professionalism. 🤩 Congratulations, Ryan, Ethan, Pedro, and Ritchie!
