PCYC Wollongong

PCYC NSW is a charity empowering young people through Police and community partnerships. Across the state we strive to promote the welfare and development of children and young people with the explicit commitment to helping them energetically enjoy life through the provision of quality activities in a safe, fun and friendly environment.

For 71 years the PCYC at Wollongong has enhanced the lives of young people with over 1600 current members. Along side our regular sporting, art and recreational activities we also facilitate programs such as targeted crime prevention, youth capacity building and social responsibility programs benefiting over 500 Youths at risk each year.

We have always had a strong history of helping young people in need, engaging them in their community and assisting them to reach their goals. Our Clubs are integrated, community focused venues that provide real engagement opportunities through the provision of low cost/no cost sport and recreational activities, education, leadership and crime prevention activities.

The PCYC MISSION - We get young people active in life. We work with young people to develop their skills, character and leadership. We reduce and prevent crime by and against young people.
