Sean Walsh founder mental healthness

My journey with mental health is both personal and ongoing. The only credential I hold is my lived experience: I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), graduated from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and created this website as a resource for others on similar paths.

I aim to promote many aspects of mental health – not just specific therapies or techniques.

I believe that individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions often find themselves in a vulnerable state. It’s a period marked by confusion and upheaval as we challenge deep-seated beliefs and behavioural patterns. The familiarity of these patterns can be deceiving, making it difficult to recognise that change, though uncomfortable, can lead to a better life.
