Pulse Playground offers a full-serviced 24-7 gym centred around strength training, mixed martial arts and overall wellbeing. The club is home to an elite team of experienced coaches and friendly staff that all aim to build a strong community of dedicated athletes. We are West Brisbane's leading independent strength, fight and recovery gym and we provide the highest quality equipment to powerlifters, fighters and members of all levels.
