The 20/20 Group Australia is a Multi-talented Business and Marketing Consultancy.
The idea for the business started because we recognised a gaping hole for a professional marketing consultancy in the Cairns region. But we were also experienced enough in commercial management to know that marketing should never be planned and carried out in isolation of other business strategies. So we put together a tight-knit team of experienced professionals whose combined skills have allowed us to work with clients on a number of different levels, whether they need us to prepare a business plan, undertake community consultation, secure an all-important tender, or simply write a small classified ad. Our 4 core areas of specialty are:
Strategic planning, business planning, feasibility study...call it what you will, we know how to ask the right questions, dissect the answers, and apply an outcome-driven approach to the strategic planning process.
Research and Evaluation and for us, research is about drawing out perceptions and opinions, and – as importantly - knowing how to scrutinize the feedback. We specialise in focus groups, interviews and community and stakeholder consultations; and provide many other qualitative research and evaluation services for corporate and Government clients.
Marketing and Communications All the strategic planning and research in the world means nothing unless it results in communicating the right message to the right audience. We can help you design and roll-out all your advertising, PR, on-line and other marketing and communication material.
Business and Tender Writing: preparing government tender responses and grant applications requires focus, a keen understanding of the process, and business writing skills. The 20/20 Group has all three in spades, and is also experienced in copywriting for advertising campaigns and brochures, media releases, presentations and speeches.
