From the first meeting with Phil his intricate knowledge of what would work, where the potential snagging points were and his solutions, reinforced that working with Betta Bathrooms was the right decision.  He asked detailed questions as to what I wanted and gave advice on what would work and what wouldn't.  His experience with bathrooms far exceeded any 'all purpose' builders I've worked with in the past.

The build was on time  on budget and managed very professionally.  You could tell that they had the process 'down pat'.  It was an advantage that they did their own waterproofing, and had their own trades that just slotted in when needed.  There was no wasted time waiting for trades to finish other jobs before they could start ours.  It really took the stress out.  Plus, I didn't need to chase the certificates, they were sent without asking for them.

After advertising for a renovation specialist Phil was first to arrive, first with advice, and first to present a quote. As I was not available Phil was able to assist my family in choosing the colour and texture of our tiles; and he regularly made time to liaise with me over the phone in order to make the right decisions as the job progressed. The end result was a stunning bathroom completed on time and on budget.
This was a challenging project made easy by a group of quality professionals. My family and I would like to thank Phil, Rona and Philippe for going that extra mile and giving us such a great experience.

The way you communicated with us, listened to our ideas, offered practical advice, gave a fully costed quote and helped with the selection of all our fittings, had us feeling confident about going ahead with the renovation.
Once the renovation started, your tradesman were very professional and took great care of our house. No question was ever too silly or request too hard to make happen. We felt comfortable knowing that the Betta Team were working our house. You delivered on the timeline, stayed within budget and kept us up to date with what was happening.
The renovation included every room of our house and we are very happy with how it has all come together. We would recommend Betta Bathrooms to any of our family and friends considering renovating their home.

Everything that was promised was delivered which made the whole experience really positive, which is not always the case when renovating! I am so pleased with my new bathroom that I am now going to renovate my ensuite!

I think it looks really classy and I was very relieved when I actually saw the tiles I had selected in place! Being so far away and being rather fussy I probably annoyed Phil from time to time but he was always polite and confident and obviously knows what he is doing. On one or two occasions he even gave subtle little hints, eg the free standing as opposed to a built in bath! I would happily recommend him to anyone who is contemplating this kind of renovation.
Rona, you were always lovely to chat with and also helpful with a female “perspective” . Hopefully we will get to meet next time we are in Qld.
I found Betta Bathrooms on the internet, on a site where I could get names and quotes from several firms. (which I did) I cannot recall the site or I would have written this there.

my sincere thanks for a job well done.
We have had several experiences with trades people and builders here on the Sunshine Coast over the years, and whenever I raised concerns about how something was being done, my concerns were wiped under the carpet with an attitude of disinterest, always leaving us to pick up the pieces, and fix the problems. I know I was not necessarily the easiest customer to deal with in the early stages, despite your reassurances, but that stems from past experience. Trades people have always made promises about the quality of their work, but until now that has never been delivered. How refreshing it is to have someone who listens, and actually fulfills their promises. Even prior to us contracting you to do the job, you made yourself available on several occasions as various problems unfolded when we started to remove tiles etc.
The level of service and workmanship far surpasses my expectations, and adding to that you maintained regular contact with us, visiting on several occasions to check on things yourself. For the first time ever we have had renovation work completed in a timely fashion, and in a manner which did not cause us any stress or inconvenience at any time. Your staffs were polite, showing respect and explaining things as we asked.
We look forward to seeing you again next year to build our ensuite. I will be more than happy to recommend you to any prospective clients.

how he liked OUR ideas. What started as a bathroom Reno ended up, 1 new ensuite, refurbishing 4 bedrooms, another bathroom, all new (Fabulous) Kitchen, dining, Lounge, total rebuild of rumpus room down stairs including Kitchenette, Laundry, and 1 bedroom. All new low energy lighting throughout the whole home. In total, about 5 months of fairly constant work. Janine found the tradesmen invading her that she was there a lot of the time. Phil home daily at all times courteous, and mindful and his team from Betta Bathrooms & Vision Group kept onto all the trades to keep up a good standard of workmanship which is evident by the great finish we have. I know it’s added far more value than money we spent and we love it.
It was our ideas with help from a very knowledgeable builder (That’s you Phil). Janine and I want to thank you and your family for a great building experience, from start to finish. I would and have already recommended your team to friends.

I never felt rushed and as this was our first renovation I was concerned about not understanding what was involved – everything was explained very clearly early on and I knew what to expect. Very professional quoting system with all items listed in full – easy to understand.
Construction work was quick and I was consulted every day about progress and asked about any minor options. Gary and Philippe were considerate of our home and we appreciated the way the work was undertaken. It’s nice to have nice people in your own home for a few weeks. Funnily enough the construction process was enjoyable. Work was completed within the time quoted and any issues or concerns we had were addressed straight away without any hesitation. After the work was completed – we appreciated the follow up and the site was left clean.
We have no hesitation in recommending your business.

but High praise for the excellent and timely completion of works quoted. From the initial contact through the quoting and work in progress the job was handled in an entirely professional and competent manner.
Communication was excellent all the way through, and advice was freely given if I was unsure of the best way to proceed. The “Boys” Richard & Philippe and also all the subcontractors (Gary, Gavin, Rod) were a joy to work with, which made the whole process more bearable as they proceeded to tear the place apart and rebuild. I’d go so far as to say it was FUN (most of the time!!).Above all I must also mention the accounts efficiency (and caring mum skills) of Rona keeping everything on track in the background! Above all the attention to detail and the clean and tidy way work was undertaken made this an experience I would repeat anytime using Betta Bathrooms or The Vision Group to complete any future work I may have the need to do. I am so very happy with my new bathrooms thank you once again.
