For what it's worth, I'm a 66 semiretired businessman that expected the very best from people that worked with or for me. It was from the astute manner, time, care, and a... ccurate information that Michael was able to offer my nieve knowledge of caravans that impressed me enough to consider his services during a difficult period within commercial enterprises during the 2020-2021period. As it turns out, I didn't need his initial service, but 10 days later however, his business acumen convinced a new perspective "seller" to bring his unit from Frankston to Campbellfield for a "fully comprehensive" inspection, to which end the company opened its gates for this transition BUT also accomadated the vechile until their work was complete. Finally "A Grade" were also prepared to deliver it to my home after servicing all our suspension, braking and electrical requirements. The thing that impressed me the most was the "communication", this is what has capturevated my enthusiasm to return here for a long term business experience and relationship... thankyou. I have had the best experience with A Grade Caravan Repairs! They have completely helped me transform my 1974 vintage York caravan to have all the modern amenities! The... y have installed 2 x 170w solar panels 1x lithium battery along with all necessary chargers, water tank gauges ect. They kept me updated the entire time and gave me fantastic prices. I will continue to go there for all my caravan services and retrofitting. They even helped me learn how to use everything and spent so much time explaining!

We needed a handrail fitted to the outside of the caravan to assist with using the steps. I purchased the Handrail and asked the team at A Grade Caravan Repairs to instal... l it. Whilst the van was in the workshop I asked the guys to change the 120 amp hr AGM batteries to 120 amp hr Lithium batteries and fit a DCDC charger. They did a great job, the price was fair and all works were complete in one day. I would recommend A Grade Caravan Repairs after this experience.
