Our unique and extensive offers across fitness, recovery, and wellness are unlike anything in the market. We are 100% DIFFERENT! Although our main focus is sustainable, progressive, social and fun group fitness, we also offer uncoached (virtual) group fitness sessions and an open gym from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily (when our coached sessions aren't running). Our awesome fit-out gives you access to all the equipment you need to stay strong, fit & healthy. We have luxurious, private recovery rooms, each featuring an infrared sauna, zero-gravity massage chair, compression boots, and more! All of this is designed with one goal: to help YOU, our amazing members, be the 100% BEST version of yourselves, physically and mentally.
