24/7 Care is a Community Based service providing group outings and individual supports. 24/7 Care Disability Services and Activity Hub has a vision to create an inclusive world where people with disabilities can live their best lives’, incorporating their choices. We aim to work inclusively and authentically, providing our support’s with responsibility, honesty, integrity, diversity, acceptance, dignity, independence, passion and a productive and positive attitude for our participants and their families.
