12/16/2012 A surge in first home buyer activity during recent weeks has resulted
in virtually all of the lots in Stage 1 at 4Land Property Group’s
Sunset Landing Estate in Pearsall selling out.
Just one lot of the 28 lots in Stage 1 at the Sunset Landing Estate
remains available for sale with first home buyers accounting for over
95% of all buyers at the Estate.

recently opened a small lot display home in our nearby Estate “The
Terraces” in Pearsall which can give property buyers a good
