We offer a comprehensive range of NDIS services tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants above the age of 7. Our supports include assistance with daily living, community participation, life skills development, transport, and capacity building services that strengthen independence and everyday functioning. Through personalised routines, goal focused support, and consistent communication, we ensure every participant receives care that aligns with their preferences, cultural background, and individual needs.
Ace of Care also provides high quality Supported Independent Living (SIL), offering 24/7 or scheduled in home support that promotes safety, stability, and independence within a home environment. Our SIL services include personal care, household management, medication prompting, overnight support, and skill building designed to help participants thrive in their daily routines.
In addition, we deliver specialised Registered Nurse (RN) support for participants with clinical or high intensity needs. Our qualified nursing team provides clinical assessments, medication administration, wound care, diabetes management, continence support, PEG/enteral feeding assistance, and ongoing health monitoring. This ensures participants receive safe, evidence based care that supports their wellbeing and complements their broader NDIS supports.
