Our goal is to provide flexible and achievable fitness programs that will become a core part of your healthy lifestyle, now and into the future to come. We want to make exercising as convenient as possible for you so you can get the results you want! We train clients in Eastern Brisbane and Bayside Suburbs!
We provide both 45 minute and 60 minute personal training sessions that can be done either 1 on 1 or with some friends or family!
