This may mean modifications to an existing property or consulting with a developer to create a new property that meets your requirements. o Our clients can be Individuals, Families, Disability Organisations, Government, Community Housing Providers, Developers, Local Councils, Builders and the Aged Care Sector. o We are registered with the NDIA to conduct Assessments to enable property owners to achieve accreditation to a Silver, Gold or Platinum standard in order to arrange Specialist Disability Accommodation payments.
