Yoga classes are classes that are Hatha based with a fusion of traditional styles. Steeped in the Sivananda tradition and woven with her own journey of yogic discoveries they are carefully instructed to give you options that best support your needs. These classes are divided into two: Private classes and the other is the Skype classes both are giving the same benefits but it is not recommendable for beginners to enroll in a Skype class because Seriya cannot adjust you physically, only verbally.
