Founded 7 years ago by a team of dermatologists who were searching for technology that could reverse the signs of aging without invasive procedures. They came across new technology used by NASA called LED Light Therapy.

By treating a patient with light energy at the correct wavelength they found the cells in the dermis layer of the skin will convert that light energy into ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the fuel that the cell uses to do its job.

The fibroblast cells in the dermis layer have the job of producing collagen (which give the skin fullness or that plumped look) and elastin (which give the skin the ability to bounce back). Thus, this form of LED Light therapy gives the cells a 'full tank of fuel' and these fibroblast cells start to produce collagen and elastin like when one was 20 years old.

This technology advanced and LED technology dropped significantly in price and Beauty By Light designed an affordable at home solution that could be everyone’s fountain of youth.
