We are a Canberra Doula and a Gold Coast Doula who are also Qualified and/or Training in a range of Natural Therapies and specialized trauma-informed care to support families through pregnancy, birth and/or parenting. Nurturing Body, Baby, and Soul. Among the many supports, we offer are: Childbirth Education (Antenatal Classes), Reiki Therapy, Prenatal Support, Birth Support, Postpartum Support, and Ayurvedic Postnatal Doula meal delivery service for families. Although this is merely a glimpse of what we are able to provide in terms of supports, therapies, and options for families we support.
