About Bricks + Agent
Established January 2017
Bricks + Agent is an Australian company that has created an online property management platform that facilitates the process of finding and comparing local tradies. As a young, digital startup, we have disrupted the business traditions and ways in which property sellers and real estate agents interact. We always test and integrate the newest technologies available because we aim to globally improve real estate services. Our Platform allows you to: For Property Managers: - Publish a property listing anonymously, in which you can provide as much or as little information as you please. - You are not required to offer your personal details unless you chose to. - Compare the tradies' bids, as there are so many good tradies out there that it is usually just a matter of finding the one that you feel most comfortable with. - Discuss with all the tradies in one place. Having a place where you discuss with all the tradies will simplify things greatly. By using our platform you avoid email spam and endless calls. For Tradies: - Build a profile and see all the new listings in an area of your choice. - Present your offer to the property managers and place your bids. - Pitch, talk and seal the deal quickly with property managers who are ready to hire you.
