With 20 years of experience, we work with different presentations including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, social skills, adjustment issues, parenting and post-natal depression just to name a few. We are located in Pymble with warm and inviting rooms for face-to-face counselling as well as having the flexibility of telehealth or online counselling if preferred.
