A diagnosis and quote of your vehicle's transmission problems commence with the vehicle arriving at the workshop for a TEST DRIVE From an initial appraisal, diagnostic procedures are carried out to determine the extent of the internal problems. This is followed by a customer-informed assessment for the repair of the vehicle, complete with timeframe and estimated cost. Customers are more than welcome to our workshop to see the dismantled and cleaned transmission. They can then be shown where the problems are located. We believe in keeping our customers infomed during the repairs, means there are no nasty surprises when the vehicle is ready for pick up We believe the best gauge of customer satisfaction is recommendations and repeat business.
