Cosmic Healing health and wellness centre own by Jayendri Pillay, a qualified Myotherapist with 20 Years Experience in reflexology and remedial therapy. Jayendri specialise in working with seniors and people with movement restrictions so that they can: - Recover from an injury and return to normal activities - Find relief from pain such as: - Headache/Migrane - Sciatica - Poor Posture - Joint, Muscle Pain, more complex pain syndromes, or - Relax tired sore muscles and feel re-energized and motivated She is driven to help each of my clients to stay active and live better on a day-to-day basis. Individual treatment plans can include a range of evidence-based treatment techniques such as deep tissue & sports therapy, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, Lymphatic drainage & home exercise planning. I’m deeply inspired by the positive connection and genuine health improvements that my clients report - and I always work hard to find the very best solution for each problem.
