The dining abode concept was born when award winning chef, Thomas Johns, decided to bring his many years of experience and expertise in fine dining to the catering industry. Thomas Johns was previously the owner/executive chef of Pello Restaurant, which had been awarded Two Chefs Hats for two consecutive years and also received an award for Best European Restaurant. dining abode is a bespoke, private dining and premium catering service, that brings a unique restaurant quality experience to every event- be it an intimate dinner, cocktail party, corporate event, boardroom lunch or wedding. dining abode has been featured in Harpers Bazaar, Good Food, House & Garden, Financial Review, Virgin Blue and SITCHU Top 10 Sydney Caterers.
