Offering Psychotherapy, counselling and clinical supervision services in Melbourne and online. Since 1996, I have worked in private practice, community services and mental health, assisting people facing issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, addiction and relationship difficulties. I take a integrative and collaborative approach to therapy; the focus of counselling and psychotherapy can be both shorter term and goal oriented, or longer term and insight oriented. Support is designed to help promote clarity, new options, and resources for change, utilising both experiential and talking therapies. I also offer supervision to professionals working in private practice and in organisations requiring external supervision.
