Emma Park's journey before she became a passionate Functional Nutritionist began just when her Science high school teacher taught her that living beings are completely made of nutrients. Then, she made a connection in her mind that people should eat right in order to function right. As Emma Park continued her education and studies, her interest in nutrition and health became stronger until she finished her studies and graduated Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and went to practice. Emma Park still continued her studies by doing post-grad short courses in Biochemistry – Endocrinology, Mental Health, Methylation, and Gastroenterology & Nutrigenomics.

Emma Park had relished in the good life by living healthy and happy with her children but in 2007, she decided to investigate more deeply about what's actually going on inside her stomach and what makes it sensitive which, she thought it was normal. Then after she made some changes she felt a shift both through his body and mindset for her enthusiasm in nutrition and health. That was Emma Park made her be well versed in how diet, nutrition, and lifestyle affect the human function, health & vitality. Her own health journey is one of discovery over the years. She had learned what does the body necessary needs, and how it responses and affects its system. Like her, it takes dedication and strong desire to avoid drinking too much alcohol and coffee, to exercise effectively and how to meditate to have the best life: a healthy life.

Emma Park believes wholeheartedly in the power of Food as Medicine. Her compassion to those in need drives her passion by sharing knowledge through the combination of education, Biochemistry, and life experiences to achieve health, wellness, vitality and longevity through food choices. She is conducting practical, hands-on classes, face to face appointment as a consultation, keynote speaking to public and workshops that give knowledge and tools to create healthy, nourishing, nutrient-dense and healing foods that even can do at home because it is locally sourced produce, easy steps to follow and comprehensive instructions. Emma Park works together with clients to develop treatment plans that are achievable, sustainable and effective.
