Are you feeling overwhelmed by 2020? I provide a safe space and help you process your emotions. My name is Nancy Diaz and I am an online counsellor specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationships. I work in particular with digital nomads and expats because I understand how hard it can be living abroad. This year has made us slow down and evaluate our lives. This can come with confusion, guilt, anxiety, hopelessness, and feelings of being lost. By scheduling with me, I can not only help you feel better, but come out stronger on the other side of this.
