To ensure the global dissemination of pure Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, the Gracie Academy dedicated several years to developing a formalized curriculum, meticulously organizing techniques in a logical sequence based on complexity and combat utility. Our group martial arts classes prioritize safety and demand respect among students of all skill levels, genders, races, nationalities, and creeds.
