Hinterland Health Retreat is a private health and wellness retreat located on 30 acres in Montville, in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The retreat combines evidence-based psychological support, advanced neurotechnology and holistic therapies within personalised residential recovery programs.

Programs support people experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, OCD, burnout and chronic stress. Depending on individual needs, programs may incorporate psychological therapy, QEEG brain mapping, nervous system regulation, functional health support, nutritional guidance, movement, sleep support and other complementary modalities.

With accommodation limited to a small number of guests, Hinterland Health Retreat provides a private and highly personalised environment. Residential programs are supported by a multidisciplinary team and structured aftercare to help guests carry positive changes into everyday life.
