Our Igloos are guaranteed to stay up or we will replace the damaged parts delivered to your site for free.

Conditions of guarantee

Where wind speeds greater than 125klm / hr have been forecast the tarp has to be removed.

The frame has collapsed in its own right not as a result of what it has been mounted on moves ie shipping containers not secured to the ground.

It is not covered if the damage was caused by flying or moving debris of any type

It is not covered if the Igloo or what the Igloo is mounted on gets driven into.

Guarantee goes for 5 years from date of purchase
