I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means I draw on a number of different models of psychotherapy to create an individualised approach for everyone I see. My work is based on a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship. I often include somatic, breathe, and mindfulness based approaches, especially when working with anxiety or fear. I am also inspired by psychoanalysis for it's rigorous approach to self knowledge and the human unconscious.
