Bowen is a gentle and effective method for balancing and healing, by stimulating the body's own innate healing process. Effective in treating many issues, including back pain, sinus issues, hormonal imbalances, frozen shoulder, leg pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, and many more. Sessions can last up to an hour, however each clients needs are assessed on an individual basis. Also available are Ionic Footspa Detox treatments, which can be very helpful in releasing toxins from the body. The method involves soaking both feet in warm water with a ioniser for 30 minutes, or longer if requested, which stimulates the whole body to activate the release of unwanted toxins.
