Kynd Studios is a Pilates and yoga studio in Stratford, Cairns, founded by Claudia Richardson in 2021. We teach reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, Sculpt (our barre-inspired class), breathwork and meditation, with 35+ classes a week, seven days a week. Every class follows the same levels, from Fundamentals to Strong, so you always know what you're walking into, and our prenatal friendly and injury friendly classes are clearly marked. New to Kynd?
