Founded by Sydney 2000 Olympian, Dani Le Ray, the club is home to fellow Olympians, The NSW High-Performance Program & superstars of the future. All staff are accredited by Gymnastics Australia. LRG provides unparalleled professional service for gymnasts of all levels from Recreational to Elite. Training involves a variety of activities including stretching, dance movements, ballet, acrobatics, skipping, circuits and lots more.
