Welcome to the Monad Centre of Balance - Meditation and Wellness Centre where the merging of human and spiritual psychology is the foundation of our holistic healing, meditation and wellness program. Central to well-being is a holistic view of life as it is without attachments, expectations and limitations of the human conditioning. The feeling of separation from life creates fear the underlying current that feeds negative mindsets that manifest as disorders in mental thinking, uncontrolled emotional reactions and physical ailments as a result. Spirituality is the key to understand the fragile nature of the mind and our "Authentic nature" so we can begin to recognize that which we are outside of the automatic conditioned response of the human nature. Our aim is to help you move beyond quick fixes, putting you in the driver’s seat empowering you with knowledge, wisdom, life skills, techniques and support to create the life you desire to live. Our training as healers began early in our lives in the field of our own natures seeking to understand the complexity of our minds to transcend its conditioning to experience the freedom of choice to choose how we want to live and who we want to be.
