Frans Vogels is a theatre maker and performer, original from Holland but since 4 years living in Australia. His background is in Mime and Pantomime and he has studied with many masters including Marcel Marceau.
Frans also studied theatre design at The Academia of Art in Utrecht (Holland) and has run his own company More Than Mime Theatre for many years
Frans' performances have been described as ‘visual spectacles' combining humour and finesse. His audiences enter into a poetic experience through the international language of mime, pantomime and physical expression. The use of unusual materials, gives Frans' costumes and props a unique and magical quality that results in a visually strong act.
