About MyCare Community Support Services

Established January 2023

MyCare Community Support Services is a registered NDIS provider with a head office at 11 Greaves St, Dandenong VIC 3175, and also supports clients in Brisbane, by appointment. We provide in-home support and personal care, community access, supported accommodation (SIL, SDA and STA/MTA), help with travel and transport, employment support, gardening, group and centre-based activities, and Specialised Support Coordination (Level 3). The first step is a free, no-obligation chat about your goals. After that we go through your NDIS plan with you and match you with a coordinator and support team.

Day-to-day support at home and out in the community. Our in-home support covers personal care, domestic assistance and the household tasks that have become hard to manage. Community access and participation supports help people get to social events, volunteering, local programs and group activities such as music, art and sport. We also help with travel to appointments, work and outings, using public transport, taxis or other options. Each plan is built around what the participant wants to do.
