Myotherapy Directory

At MyoFitness we treat one thing: the muscular system dysfunction that is stealing your life. Four clinics across Melbourne's inner east and west, open seven days, no referral needed.

Elizabeth opened MyoFitness in 2021, right as everyone was finding their feet again after Covid. It wasn't the obvious time to start a health clinic. But the need was hard to ignore. A lot of people were hurting, and too many of them were trying to get through it on their own.

She came to this through a lifelong love of health, fitness and athletics, and has worked with all sorts of people, from everyday clients to elite athletes. One idea stuck with her the whole way: no one should have to live in pain, and good care shouldn't be hard to get.
