About Navia

Established January 2020

Navia Freight is a Melbourne-headquartered freight forwarder, customs broker and third-party logistics (3PL) provider. We help Australian importers and exporters move goods by sea, air and road, with customs clearance handled in-house by the same team managing the freight. Our customs brokerage holds Australian Trusted Trader status, and our logistics performance is measured, not just promised: 99.97% first-day deliveries, 97.59% DIFOT and 99.46% invoice accuracy. We keep clients ahead of change with trade alerts on important regulatory, tariff and port developments as they happen, plus a monthly freight market update to help plan around rates and capacity.
