05/22/2010 Daryl Nolch is on the Panel for the Resort Management Division (Ski Resort Hotels, Spa & Diving Resorts) of the William Angliss Institute and is on the Board for www.skivictoria.com.au and the Anna Noltsch-Michelin, Marq De Roualle, Foundation.
Roz is CEO of the Institute of Legal Executives (Victoria) and its national Australian Institute (www.austilex.com.au which is ably supported by the Law Institute of Victoria.
Roz and Daryl moderate, assess and/or contribute to law examinations for the College Law and mature aged tertiary courses for law office personnel and people in business seeking further tertiary qualifications in practical legal subjects. Roz sits on the Building Practitioners Board. Daryl has been consulted in aged care by Queens Counsel for the Government and by insurers for lawyers on leases of aged care facilities.
Through the Institute of Legal Executives, both are published authors of articles sent via the Legal Executives' Journal to Courts, Law Firms and members of www.ilex.co.uk and other Commonwealth countries.
Daryl Nolch has spoken on legal issues to aged care applicants at the mandatory information sessions held by the Department of Human Services.
Daryl Nolch was on the Federal Government's Technical Reference Group with Bovis Australia/P&O, architects and accountants following the implemenation of aged care reforms. Daryl also ran the political trial in the 10 months preceding the change from the Kennett to the Bracks Governments.
Daryl Nolch has been involved in the high profile cases involving Bob Hawke's Australia Card, allegedly unlawful abortions, medifraud and corporate cases involving high profile business persons.
