"Our original gym, created in 2014, has been built in a heritage site across three levels. It’s received two major renovations since then, our latest look oozing old-world charm to suit the character of the 120-year-old building. This 24-hour gym features a fun and functional playground, dedicated free weights zone, Olympic lifting platforms, state-of-the-art cardio equipment, open training spaces, and a foyer that makes members want to deadlift then follow with a cocktail. It also features The Battleground studio for HIIT and strength group-training sessions; and our New York-loft-like MindBody studio for yoga, pilates, barre, dance classes and more.
